RSM are looking for an experienced professional to join our learning and development function on a part time basis, this role will be instrumental not only to the L&D team but the whole organisation. The role will support all administrative tasks associated with the Chartered Accountant (CA) Study Program.

Some of the things you will do in this role:
· Work accurately with detailed information; including data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, managing correspondence, collating data for report and under direction prepare a range of written communication.
· Invoice Reconciliation & Payments
· Course completion Bonus Payments:
· Manage internal post graduate program enrolments.
· Compiling and assisting with reports, statistical summaries and data sets, and other material as required
· Professional Membership query management.
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
· 12-18 months in a similar role
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent IT skills to manage multiple systems simultaneousl
· Strong attention to detail with repetitive tasks
· Keen investigative and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Completion of Year 12
Desirable:
· Certificate in Business Administration or Bookkeeping
We are open to candidates located anywhere on the East Coast of Australia. We offer flexible working arrangements and area able to accommodate school hours if needed.
